Biography

Jessica is an experienced trial attorney with a focus on complex civil litigation and utility-caused wildfire lawsuits. Prior to joining Fox Law, Jessica spent ten years litigating high-stakes cases in Los Angeles with a top ranked defense firm. She has now put her wealth of defense experience to work for plaintiffs that have suffered losses and injuries from catastrophic wildfires.

Jessica helped hundreds of individuals affected by the 2017 Thomas Fire in Ventura and the 2018 Woolsey Fire in Malibu. Over the past five years, she has been appointed to leadership counsel in numerous mass tort wildfire cases, including the 2020 Slater Fire and 2022 McKinney Fire in California, the 2021 Marshall Fire in Colorado, the 2022 McBride Fire in New Mexico, and the 2023 Maui fires. Jessica is a zealous advocate and has recovered hundreds of millions in compensation for fire victims from the utility companies at fault.

She is licensed to practice in both California and Washington state, and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, MI.
